To beat this, I have the perfect class for you to learn how to draft & sew those tricky trousers to fit you perfectly.
What You’ll Learn:
Pattern drafting: Learn how to draft and adapt a trouser pattern that fits your body.
Explore and go through 25 different trousers styles. As this class is a pay as you learn you can chose to attend as few or many classes you would like to learn.

Harem pants
Shorts (unisex)
Apart from the above 7 mentioned, you will be shown how to variate the basic block to other styles.
Fabric cutting: Master fabric preparation and precise cutting techniques. If you have reached this stage of learning trousers by now you would be good at your cutting skills.
Sewing machine skills: Increase your confidence using the sewing machine and discover useful functions and techniques.
Construction techniques: Learn to sew straight seams, install zippers, and finish waistbands professionally.
Pro tips & tricks: Get valuable sewing hacks to refine your technique and speed up your workflow.
What to bring:
Dressmaker pins
Measuring tape
Scissors
Buttons
Calico
Facing
Zippers for centred, lapped, invisible, fly front and open-end zippers.
Hand sewing needles
Seam ripper and thread clipper
Sewing machine needles – various sizes
Butchers / Packaging paper
Pencils for drafting
A notebook and pen to take down any notes
2.5-2.7 meters of cotton, wool, linen, twill, or lightweight denim
Matching zippers and threads
The fabrics amount will be discussed on the first class, as this is part of your learning - how to know the amount of fabrics required.

These classes are conducted every Saturday from 6pm to 8pm in Rooty Hill

Fees should be paid a week in advance and by Monday of each week.
