When a treasured teddy develops a torn seam, loses its stuffing or has been cuddled almost to pieces, it doesnât necessarily mean its story is over.
At Loved to Bits, I offer careful and thoughtful repairs for well-loved teddies and soft toys from my appointment-only studio in Rooty Hill.

My aim is to carefully repair and preserve the familiar character of your toyânot to remove everything that makes it special.

How It Works
1. Book Online
Book an appointment online for your soft toy to be assessed.
2. Tell Me What Happened
Please provide a brief description of the damage. Clear photographs may also be requested before your appointment.
3. Drop Off in Rooty Hill
Bring your teddy or soft toy to my Rooty Hill studio at your scheduled appointment time.
4. Assessment and Quote
I will carefully assess the toy and provide an individual quote based on its condition, the repairs required and any replacement materials needed.
5. Repair and Collection
Once the quote has been approved, your toy will be carefully repaired. I will contact you when your little friend is ready to be collected.
Important Information
- All repairs are assessed and individually quoted.
- Some repairs may remain visible, particularly when the original fabric is very worn or fragile.
- Replacement fabric, eyes, noses and other materials may not be an exact match to the originals.
- Some toys may be too fragile for certain repairs. I will discuss this with you before proceeding.
- Please let me know if your toy is antique, collectible or has a high monetary value.
- Repair times vary depending on the condition of the toy and the work required.
- Drop-off and collection are strictly by appointment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can every soft toy be repaired?
Many soft toys can be repaired, but the result will depend on the age, fabric and overall condition of the toy. Each item must be assessed before I can confirm what is possible.
Will the repair be completely invisible?
I will make every effort to blend the repair carefully. However, repairs to very worn or fragile fabric may remain visible. Sometimes a sweet, carefully chosen patch becomes part of the toyâs continuing story.
Can missing eyes or noses be replaced?
Where suitable replacement pieces are available, missing or damaged eyes and noses may be replaced. I will discuss the closest available options with you before proceeding.
How much will the repair cost?
Prices vary according to the damage, time required and replacement materials needed. You will receive a quote after your toy has been assessed.
