Bookings Terms & Conditions
Adult Classes and Workshops
Due to the planning required for the classes, we are will not be able to offer refunds once the booking is made. All bookings of classes, workshops, memberships and gift cards/ vouchers are final and non-refundable. We do not offer cancellations but do offer a suitable re-scheduling policy for our classes and workshops as in the next available classes/ workshops scheduled.
The above also applies for gift voucher bookings. Once you have contacted us to confirm the course and the dates you plan to attend, you will receive the booking details by email. If you fail to notify us of any changes and do not attend the class, you will lose your gift voucher.
"Reserved" places requested by email or phone will be held for 24 hours, you will receive an email with the booking & payment details. After this time if the class has not been paid, your place will be released.
Please note that payment must be made in full in order to secure your booking. Use the buttons provided for each course to make the payment.
If we miss a session, we will offer you a makeup session.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are not linked to a particular class, so please do check the calendar of classes and let us know which class you would like to attend to redeem your voucher so we can reserve a space for you.
Please do remember the requirements for our non-basic or beginner classes.
If the price of the class you would like to attend is less than the value of the voucher, you can top it up with any of our materials (fabrics, paint, etc). We do not provide partial refund.
Once you have contacted us to confirm the course and the dates you plan to attend, you will receive the booking details by email. If you fail to notify us of any changes and do not attend the class, you will lose your gift voucher.
Childrens Classes
Our children’s bookings work on term bookings to be renewed during the last week of the previous month. Those currently attending the classes are automatically booked for the following month, any available spaces are then given to those on the waiting list or first come first served basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve spaces.
If your child misses a class we will do our best to offer a retake during another time of the coming up classes. No child misses out any class. They will surely get a make / catch up class.
We do not offer refunds for half term or holiday activities.
Club Memberships
Club memberships are annually booked and paid for. Choose carefully as these purchases are final and non-refundable and non- transferable.
Members can start any time of the year. Your membership goes on for 12 months from your joining date.

Payments
No cash payments accepted.
All payments should be made online or by direct deposits to our business account.
The only payment plan methods are the ones available at the checkout on our website.
Hire a Seamstress advertising!
Seamstresses can post/ advertise their details if they would like to pick up some work from our clients and designers we work with, at a cost of $10 a month payable annually.
You will not only pick up work from our clients or designers, but we do send clients your way from time to time.
Please remember, this is an advertising section and although with do a lot of advertising and referring your way, we cannot guarantee the work you will be able to get as it is entirely up to the clients’ discretion as to which seamstress they would like to hire.
