Creativity begins when you look beyond what is and start imagining what could be.

In this workshop you will.....

Learn the essential skills to sew a patchwork maxi dress.  

Be guided though each step to complete your beautiful maxi. 

Cut fabric accurately with rotary cutter and ruler

Stitching a consistent 1/4" seam 

Align your seams for a neat finish

Piece accurately for the pattern

Pattern layout and cutting 

Construct and complete your maxi dress. 

Supply List:

Sewing Machine, foot pedal and power cord 

1/4” foot or tape to mark a 1/4” guide line on the machine

Coordinating threads and extra filled in bobbins

90/14 Sewing machine needles

Measuring gauge 

Seam ripper

Rotary cutter and cutting mat

Scissors

Dressmakers pins

Binding clips

Marking pen or chalk

Fabrics 

Vinyl party table sheet 

Irons and Ironing Boards are available at the studio for use.

Completed over two Sundays from 12pm to 3pm 

No pattern drafting involved or taught.

Please be familiar with your sewing machine, I can possibly offer suggestions I we do not know the details of how all the different brands of sewing machines operate.
