Childrens Tatting Course

Children learn the delicate art of tatting in this hands-on course.

They will learn how to fill a shuttle, hold the thread, and form the stitches that create this elegant lacework. They will learn the double stitch and a ring of picots, learn how to make a chain, understand simple tatting patterns.

By the end of term one, they will have created a delicate lace motif and a little bookmark to show off at home and gained the confidence to continue their tatting journey at home.

Duration: 8 Weeks

Time: 4:30 to 6pm (or) 5 to 6:30pm

What to bring...

🧵 Tatting shuttle

🧶 White or any color of your choice cotton

✂️ A small pair of scissors or snips

🖊️ A notebook and pen

Fees need to be paid at least three days prior to class date each week and can be paid by direct bank transfer or PayID.
