Whether you're hoping to create blouses for yourself, expand your dressmaking skills or eventually sew for others, this course will introduce you to the techniques behind traditional and contemporary saree blouse construction.

Drawing on my professional dressmaking experience, I'll guide you through accurate measurements, foundation pattern drafting, fitting adjustments and construction techniques.

You'll learn how to create two essential saree blouse styles: a traditional darted choli blouse and a princess-line blouse, while exploring additional design variations.

This course is not suitable for absolute beginners.

Learners should have either:

Completed my Beginners Sewing Classes

Completed my Sewing Kickstarter Workshop

Or already have basic to intermediate sewing machine knowledge and practical sewing experience

Please note: This weekly breakdown is a learning guide. Progress will depend on each learner's experience, fabric selection and fitting requirements. Some sewing or preparation may need to be completed between sessions.
