1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy establishes the advertising, promotional and social media standards for approved members of the Lyndaz Referral & Affiliate Rewards Program.

Its purpose is to protect customers, affiliate members and Lyndaz by encouraging lawful, accurate, respectful and transparent promotional practices.

All approved affiliates must follow this policy when promoting participating Lyndaz products, courses and services.

2. Permitted Promotional Activities

Affiliates may promote participating Lyndaz offerings through lawful and appropriate channels, including:

  • Facebook pages and groups

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • YouTube

  • WhatsApp channels and permitted groups

  • Personal websites and blogs

  • Pinterest

  • Community networks and personal recommendations

  • Other approved online or offline promotional channels

Affiliates must follow the rules of each platform, group or advertising service.

Permission to join the Lyndaz affiliate program does not automatically grant permission to advertise in third-party communities.

3. International Promotion

Approved affiliates may promote eligible Lyndaz offerings regardless of their country of residence, subject to applicable laws and platform restrictions.

Affiliates must ensure that advertising is relevant to the intended audience.

For example, an affiliate living overseas may promote Lyndaz's Rooty Hill sewing classes to people living in Western Sydney.

However, affiliates must not falsely suggest that an in-studio service is available in another country.

Digital offerings may be promoted internationally only where the relevant product or service is available to customers in that location.

4. Advertising Accuracy

All promotional statements must be truthful, accurate and capable of being substantiated.

Affiliates must not:

  • Advertise incorrect prices, discounts or reward offers.

  • Promise guaranteed results from a course or service.

  • Misrepresent course duration, content or delivery method.

  • Claim that Lyndaz provides qualifications or accreditations that have not been confirmed.

  • Advertise unavailable class places or appointment times as guaranteed.

  • Make false claims about accessibility, funding or eligibility.

  • Use misleading photographs, testimonials or before-and-after comparisons.

  • Create artificial urgency or falsely claim limited availability.

Where details may change, affiliates should direct customers to the current official Lyndaz listing.

5. Affiliate Relationship Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive a reward when someone books or purchases through their referral.

Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand, and must comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

An acceptable example is:

"I may receive a referral reward if you book through my link or code."

Affiliates must not conceal their commercial relationship with Lyndaz or falsely present paid promotional activity as an entirely independent recommendation.

6. Approved Promotional Materials

Lyndaz may provide approved promotional materials, including:

  • Posters and flyers

  • Social media graphics

  • Course descriptions

  • Service information

  • Referral links and codes

  • Approved photographs

  • Advertising captions

  • Brand guidelines

Affiliates may use these materials only for authorised Lyndaz promotions.

They must not remove required disclosures, change prices, alter eligibility conditions or modify promotional claims in a misleading way.

Materials may be withdrawn or replaced when offerings change.

7. Use of Lyndaz Branding

The Lyndaz name, associated business names, logos, graphics and other brand materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Affiliates receive limited permission to use approved materials solely for authorised referral promotion during active membership.

Affiliates must not:

  • Claim ownership of Lyndaz branding.

  • Register websites, social media accounts or business names that impersonate Lyndaz.

  • Create misleading official-looking Lyndaz accounts.

  • Alter logos in a way that misrepresents the brand.

  • Use Lyndaz branding to promote unrelated products or services.

  • Represent themselves as employees or authorised representatives without written permission.

Lyndaz may require inappropriate or outdated materials to be removed.

8. Paid Advertising

Affiliates may choose to pay for their own promotional activities, subject to this policy and applicable laws.

Prior written approval from Lyndaz is required before running paid advertisements that use Lyndaz branding, official promotional materials or suggest an official association with Lyndaz.

Approval may include conditions relating to:

  • Advertising platform

  • Promotional content

  • Target audience

  • Geographic targeting

  • Budget responsibility

  • Landing pages and referral links

  • Use of brand names and trademarks

Unless separately agreed in writing, affiliates are responsible for their own advertising expenses.

Lyndaz does not reimburse unsuccessful advertising campaigns or guarantee advertising returns.

9. Facebook Groups and Community Advertising

Affiliates may promote eligible Lyndaz services in Facebook groups or other community spaces only where the relevant rules and administrator permissions allow.

Affiliates must not:

  • Post in groups that prohibit commercial advertising.

  • Repeatedly post unwanted promotions.

  • Mislead members about their relationship with Lyndaz.

  • Use fake accounts or fabricated recommendations.

  • Harass administrators or community members.

  • Circumvent group restrictions.

Affiliates should tailor promotional information to the location and interests of the community.

10. Direct Messages, Email and Spam

Affiliates must comply with applicable anti-spam, electronic marketing and privacy laws.

Affiliates must not send unsolicited bulk marketing emails, text messages or commercial electronic messages where prohibited.

Where consent, sender identification or unsubscribe facilities are legally required, affiliates must ensure those requirements are met.

Participation in the Lyndaz program does not authorise affiliates to use Lyndaz customer contact lists.

Affiliates must not purchase, scrape or misuse personal contact information for promotional purposes.

11. Customer Enquiries and Payments

Affiliates may provide general information and direct prospective customers to official Lyndaz booking or purchasing channels.

Affiliates must not:

  • Request NDIS participant numbers, plan details or health information on behalf of Lyndaz without specific lawful authorisation.

Customer bookings, payments and service arrangements must be completed through approved Lyndaz processes.

12. Reviews, Testimonials and Content

Affiliates must not publish fabricated reviews or testimonials.

Any personal experience described in promotional content must be genuine.

Photographs, videos and customer stories may be used only with appropriate permission and in compliance with privacy, copyright and platform requirements.

Affiliates must not use identifiable images of children or customers without appropriate authorisation.

Affiliates must disclose relevant commercial relationships when publishing endorsements or recommendations.

13. Prohibited Promotional Practices

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Fraudulent referral activity

  • Self-referrals or fabricated purchases

  • Misleading income claims

  • Recruitment commissions or downline schemes

  • Impersonation of Lyndaz

  • False accreditation or qualification claims

  • Unauthorised use of customer information

  • Unlawful spam or harassment

  • Fake reviews or deceptive endorsements

  • Unauthorised collection of customer payments

  • Promotions that breach applicable law or platform policies

14. Monitoring and Corrective Action

Lyndaz may review promotional activity where necessary to protect customers, investigate complaints or verify compliance.

Where a concern is identified, Lyndaz may request that an affiliate:

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Add an appropriate affiliate disclosure

  • Remove outdated promotional material

  • Stop a particular advertising activity

  • Provide reasonable clarification about a disputed promotion

Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Any decision affecting referral rewards will be handled under the Membership Terms & Conditions and Rewards, Payouts & Disputes Policy.

15. Responsibility for Advertising Costs and Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for their own promotional decisions, advertising expenditure and compliance with applicable laws.

Approval of promotional material does not guarantee that an advertisement will be accepted by a platform or generate customer bookings.

Lyndaz does not guarantee affiliate earnings, customer conversions or reimbursement of advertising costs.

16. Changes to This Policy

Lyndaz may update this policy to reflect changes in advertising laws, social media platform rules, participating services or business requirements.

Material changes will be communicated to affected members where reasonably practicable.
