One of the easiest ways to improve the look of your sewing projects is to press as you sew, not just when you're finished.
Taking a few moments to press seams after each step helps your fabric sit flatter, improves accuracy, and gives your finished garment a much more professional appearance.
✨ Remember:
✔ Press seams open when instructed
✔ Use the correct heat setting for your fabric
✔ Lift and press the iron rather than sliding it to avoid stretching the fabric
Many sewing problems can be fixed with a good press before they become bigger fitting or construction issues.
