Definitions

It does not include information in the public domain other than through the default of the party disclosing the information, information required to be disclosed by any court or regulatory authority, or any information already in the possession or control of the disclosing party.
“Contract” legally binding agreement.
“Course Materials” means the information provided by Lyndaz Kreative Klasses to accompany a class / course / workshop provided as part of the Product and Services in hard copy, face to face for online / digital either in a recorded or live-stream form.
“Fees” means the fees paid by the Buyer / Client to ‘Lyndaz Kreative Klasses’ for the Products and Services.
“Goods” means Products and Services.
“Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, rights in or relating to databases, patent rights, performers’ rights, designs and registered designs, trademarks, rights in or relating to Confidential Information and other intellectual property rights registered or unregistered throughout the world.
“Online Class / Course / Workshops” means the delivery by us of an Online Class / Course / Workshop, inclusive of recorded or live stream media remotely, including Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom, or YouTube classes.
“Order” request to purchase Products and Services.
“Products” means the provision of a physical goods item, including but not limited to haberdashery, fabric, interfacing, patterns accessed digitally or delivered physically will be referred to as Products. Products can be purchased through our website only.
“Products and Services” means the provision of Online and In Person Classes / Courses / Workshops, products, patterns and / or course materials together with such other services as agreed from time to time and can be purchased online via our Website only.
“Buyer” means the organisation or person buying products and services from Lyndaz Kreative Klasses. We will refer to the Buyer as “you” throughout these Terms and Conditions.
“In Person Class / Course / Workshop” means a class / course / workshop taught in a classroom setting or alternative appropriate location, which is attended in person.
“Seller” means Lyndaz Kreative Klasses the trading name in Australia (registered business name) in Australia as a Sole Trader with ABN 98 155 359 118 and located in West of Sydney in Colyton. We will refer to the Seller as ‘us’, ‘we’ and/or ‘our’ throughout these Terms and Conditions.
“Services” means the provision of an Online or In Person Class / Course / Workshops and / or any other digitally accessed service, purchased through our website only.

General Terms & Conditions
As part of your acceptance as per the above mentioned by using our website and services you are aware and accept the following….
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve in transmissions over various networks; and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service of Lyndaz Kreative Klasses be it, its website content of services offered, use of our Service, or access to our Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
