Membership Clubs

My members club is aimed at sewers of all abilities. Not everyone can attend classes or workshops in person for various reasons. You may or may not be living in Sydney, or my classes or workshops may clash with work timings, or they may not be at the right time of year and many other reasons.

Through the members clubs I will be teaching via live online classes. There won’t be any recordings. If you miss a class, you will be invited to catch up with the next batch of learners.

You can select any one club to join, or join multiple clubs from the below list….

Childrens sewing club.

Childrens craft club

Adults sewing club.

Adults crafts club and

The weekly wardrobe

Members can join any time of the year. Each week we get online for our live sessions, and we will work towards completing 52 projects per year.

If you have signed up to the sewing club, you will be completing 52 sewing projects per year. Likewise with the crafts clubs.

The weekly wardrobe club is only suitable for experienced seamstresses. You will be working towards creating between 24 to 52 garments for your wardrobe or anyone in the family. Members of this club will be working with commercial patterns.

We also have a members forum/ group on Facebook, where all members can share your projects and questions.

These clubs are for you to not just work on your projects but also learn new techniques and meet like-minded members from near and far.

These clubs are not like the 52 weeks of challenges, they are a blend of learning experience and bringing out your creative side.

The nitty gritty good to knows…….

Members may join at any time of the year. No matter which month of the year you join in, if you choose an annual membership; your membership renewal will be up in 12 months from the joining date.

Please note that the membership fee is non-refundable.

The term fees for children’s sessions and the monthly fees for adults are pay-as-you-go.

There will not be any direct debit system. It’s straight forward, just purchase your monthly session as a product, add it to cart and pay each month. Likewise with the annual membership.

If you are unable to attend a particular month, you don’t pay anything for the month. If you miss out on classes during the month or year, you are always welcome to make up the classes you missed.

For children attending in- studio classes, all materials will be provided.

For all in-studio members please note recording or taking photos are not permitted.

For all online members please note only the member signed up should be attending the sessions unless you have signed up with another paid member in the family or with a friend.

Once you sign up and pay your membership, you will be contacted with the start date and class time.

Now that I have members from overseas as well, I try my best to work out a timing suitable for everyone as per their timezones.

The weekly wardrobe club members….

Please note you will be working towards completing between 24 to 52 garments for your wardrobe throughout the year. The number will depend on the complexity of the project.

So now you might want to know if I teach pattern drafting within the sewing clubs. The answer is No! Members in the sewing clubs will source commercial patterns.
